Do you accept custom or bulk orders?
We are happy to create custom designs for you or your group. Please email us at contact@mimimmoi.com to place your order. Additional design and shipping fees may apply.
Do I need to create an account to place my order?
No, you can place an order without an account. However, we do encourage creating an account. Accounts provide order history and order status information to make your MIMIMMOI shopping experience as seamless as possible.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments from Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not accept orders or ship outside of the US.
When can I expect my order?
It typically takes 7-10 days to process and ship your order. During the holiday season, please plan for possible shipping delays, restocking periods, and longer delivery times. We recommend placing holiday orders 3-4 weeks in advance. Please note that some items may be available for express shipping.
Multiple purchases may ship in separate packages and experience different shipping times. Please check your tracking information for status updates.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order is shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Updates are typically visible within 1-3 business days. If you are unable to locate this information, please email us at contact@mimimmoi.com.
Where can I find size guides?
We include a size guide in the description of each clothing item.
To prevent ordering the wrong size, we suggest placing a similar item from your personal wardrobe on a flat surface. Use a tape measure to measure the length of the clothing item, the distance across the chest area (under each arm and across shoulder blades), the waist (at belly button level) and the sleeve length to find the dimensions. Compare these dimensions to the measurements listed in the size guides. All measurements should be in inches.

What if I order the wrong size or color?
If you have ordered the incorrect size or selected the wrong color, please contact us to discuss exchange options. All exchange orders will require a design fee. Fees vary based on items ordered.
Please be aware that some graphic design prints may decrease in size on smaller sized clothing.
Help! How do I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us within 6 hours of your purchase if you need to cancel or modify your order (including shipping or email addresses). Since each order is a custom print, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Once orders are in production, packaged or shipped, we are unable to issue a refund.

Do you accept returns and/or issue refunds?
Our products are custom made. Since all items are only printed once, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds (excluding delivery of damaged goods and/or manufacturing errors). All gift card, sale items and custom orders are also not eligible for a refund or returns. In the event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, you have 30 days to submit a replacement or refund request.
