Returns & Refund Policy
You are important to us and we want you to love our products. If you have any concerns or issues, please email us at contact@mimimmoi.com and we will work with you to find a positive resolution.
Our products are custom made. Since all items are only printed once, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds (excluding delivery of damaged goods and/or manufacturing errors). All gift card, sale items, and custom orders are also not eligible for a refund or returns. By placing an order with MIMIMMOI, you agree to our Terms of Service and confirm that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us within 6 hours of completing your purchase if you need to cancel or modify your order (including shipping or email addresses). Since each order is a custom print, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Once orders are in production, packaged, or shipped, we are unable to issue a refund.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
If you receive a damaged product or an item with a manufacturing error, please complete the following steps within 30 days (report issue process):
- Open your post-delivery email
- Select the button located under “How did you like your order?”
- Find “Report a Problem” located to the right of the item
- Click the button to report the issue
- Select the drop-down menu to find your specific concern
- After this step, upload a photo of the item error (REQUIRED)
- If you need to provide more information, use the blank box below
- Then click “Submit”
Replacements/refunds will only be offered with proof of defect. Once the request has been submitted, you will receive within 4-5 business days with next steps. Refunds may take 7-10 days to process after they are approved. If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please email us at contact@mimimmoi.com.
Order Failures
If you have ordered the incorrect size or selected the wrong color, please contact us to discuss exchange options. All exchange orders will require a processing fee. Fees vary based on items ordered. Please be aware that some graphic design prints may decrease in size on smaller sized clothing.
Lost Packages
If your item was not delivered, please confirm your address on the order and contact the shipping carrier or post office directly. They will have the latest shipping details on your package. If they are unable to locate your package, please follow the steps listed above to report the issue and request a replacement.
Delivery failures due to entering incorrect address information are not eligible for replacements or refunds. It is frustrating when this happens, but please know we are here to support you. Contact us and we can discuss possible options for your next purchase. Remember to always double-check your shipping address prior to submitting an order.
